You might want to read to the bottom of that page and contact the maker of
the chip ( Tim Ressel ), I think Larry only hosted the page for him.  I do
vaguely rememeber something about Tim not having tools to burn the chips
anymore or something.  He's still on this list...

I would probably be interested in getting one also if they became available
again too.
