I've been collecting and scrounging parts for over four decades,  and I don't 
remember *ever* seeing polystyrene caps in values that low....

Looking at that schematic I see 22,  33,  and 100pF,  not 10.  I also don't 
see any reason why ceramic caps can't be used here.
