[sdiy] source for small PF value polystyrene caps?

as far as them being ceramics, i was just going by the most current parts list for vco1 (BILL OF MATERIALS on the asm2 web site which lists them all as : 2.5% 100 vdc polystyrene (c111, c110, c109, c104)
 
maybe it was a misprint?

did seem strange to me to have such LOW poly values and so many. most vco's i have ever built only required one or two poly caps

BUT i will try THAT SURPLUS SITE as well

might be cool to have super stable low values.

anyone know if MICA would work?
