[sdiy] source for small PF value polystyrene caps?

hey there

i am building the asm2 vco as part of a project. it calls for a 33pf/22pf and 10pf polystyrene caps. I have never been able to find them this small before. so i have 2 questions.



1. does anyone know of a good, local (U.S.) online seller who stocks PF value polystyrene caps?
2.. does anyone know which caps are CRUCIAL in the asm-2 vco to keep as polystyrene? or will ceramic (or mica) just as well for some?
