I know i have occasionally been a culprit and here is why.

on hotmail, just to get my reply EVEN POSTED TO THE LIST i have to convert rich text to plain text.

that is step one.

step two (which i forget a lot!) is I have to hit REPLY TO ALL or it wont even bring up the SDIY list address it will only bring up the sender in the TO: field.

so usually by the time i hit BACK and hit reply all again, i am so upset that i forget to then DELETE the first address in the TO: field.

HOTMAIL sucks for SDIY but i fear it will be too much work to transfer all my clients to hotmail.

i will try to improve on this
