It has been discussed. List owner > rick.jansen at xs4all.nl < has
replied AFAIK: "this is way it is."  - after the discussion we had  on
the list after the list was down - and the subject has brought up
several times after that.

For me (gmail) "CC:" means the list and repliers, "To:" the sender.
