Nice work finding that, Christian.
That looks simple enough. There isn't much inside it; the RAM, a
backup cell + diode, SIL pull up resistor, bypass cap and a couple of
other resistors and capacitors.
I did wonder at Roland making a different PCB for the M-16C version
though, if the M-64C has an extra few pins on the RAM.
I'd have thought they'd be identical except for the larger RAM chip.
Just goes to show that sometimes things aren't as straightforward as
you think they should be!
