if the MOTM experience is anything to go by, then offering full kits 
means spending large amounts of time making them up, as opposed to 
working on designs.

IMHO, PCB & BOM with Mouser/etc order numbers is a good compromise.

unless Harry has staff/kids to do all the kitting :-)
