Depends. Unstable pitch in a VCO or uncontrolled offsets in a CV
processor are bad but noise and distortion in a VCF or audio VCA
can be a good thing.

One thing I'm personally willing to pay extra for is control
voltage of every parameter.

I make my own panels. It's better if the PCB fits in a 3U eurorack
frame, i.e. one dimension is <= 111 mm (that would be 107 mm for
frac rack users).
