[sdiy] LM359 dual Norton amp warning

Just learned that National have obsoleted the DIP LM359.
Radiospares and Digi-Key still have some. If you're going to need
some, now would be a good time to restock...

NS still produce the SOIC version. Rochester Electronics is
supposed to take over the DIP version.

(For those wondering what this is about, the LM359 is a Norton
amp, i.e. a current-controlled voltage source as Harry puts it.
Like a dual version of the LM3900 with better specs and a price to
match.)
