[sdiy] Performa-Chord pads

Friends,
Sorry about the post being OT to a degree, but this unit will be converted 
into a hybrid synth at some point.

I have a Serenelli Performa-Chord reed organ and I need to get new pads for 
it. The thing is in perfect shape except that the pads under each key that 
stop the wind from flowing are all dried out and falling off. Anyone have 
any idea of where to get these pads. I do not see this unit anywhere on the 
web at all, but Serenelli makes accordians as well. This chassis is going to 
make a great hybrid synth as well. I thought about injecting some droning 
tones into the wind stream to create a nice warbling effect, or adding some 
synthetic chords to the chord section as reinforcement.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
