Large value ceramic caps are unlikely to be made with any reasonable
dielectric (like X7R).  There are stacked monolythic capacitors (many
small capacitors in parallel) that achieve larger values (and larger
sizes).  The large ceramics would be OK if they had a suitable dielectric.

Another point, we are hearing about change of capacitance with DC voltage.
Most coupling circuits have reasonably stable DC operating points, with an
AC small signal across them. They would distort a lot less than the graphs
indicate...
