I have to wonder if they got pcbcart's customer list somehow as I received
the same spam today and can find nothing about pcbcore anywhere even checked
with a few people I know.    They seem to be fairly new too ( domain
registered April of this year ).  

I haven't been able to get a quote out of their system,  unless they are
cheaper then pcbcart I see no reason to risk them...
