I want to suck the code from some 8048s and burn backup 8748s for several
pieces of gear.

I got a bunch of 8748s, and I got a Needhams EMP-21 to do the job.  But it
is missing the 'family modules' that allow it to do the 8x48s.  Sadly
Needhams is gone and I can't get the part.

Anybody care to recommend a programmer that will read/write these beasts
without breaking the bank?  It's murder figuring out which ones might do it
and I can't find anything cheap.
