[sdiy] smoothing out PWM CV

Hey Jason,

I guess you're welcome to start one! ;-) Maybe when you do, someone 
there can answer this question:

So far, I've been told that the PWM frequency of the Arduino (I'm using 
the Arduino NG, Atmega 8 controller) is 450 Hz, 490 Hz, 1 Khz, 30 Khz or 
32 Khz. Each explanation seems "authoritative", yet I can't find the 
definitive one. Anyone else working with Arduino want to make another 
suggestion?
