[sdiy] Any synth DIYers in Vancouver BC?

Hi Dave
I'm in Victoria, close but not the big island. I know of some people in
Vancouver, but have never met them, they have sporadic meetings and I can
put you in touch with them. Myself I have been a synth-head for a long time
and only recently took the plunge and started building a modular, I'm
pleased to report after some early teething trouble it makes satisfying
sounds and is mucho fun.
I attended the Pacific NW Synth-Diy meet last year and will do so again this
year in Renton, Oct 25th I think, maybe see you there?

I'm new to the list, and new to synth DIY.  At this point I've built some
MFOS circuits (WSGs and a Sound Lab Mini Synth Plus), but I have higher
ambitions.

I'd like to know if any members of this list reside in the Greater Vancouver
area (or, even better, work or study at UBC), and might be interested in
getting together.
