Hi Dan,

There's a Molex .100" connector kit available at Mouser:

Page 1402 of the catalog;   part number: 538-KK-100 about $42

It comes with a cheap crimper that actually works well, and about 40 (each) 
male and female connectors of various sizes.  I've been using this crimper 
for years, and it works quite nicely for a cheap tool.
