[sdiy] understanding headers/connectors?

I'm using these to wire up my ASM2:

2-pin

When you add up the cost of a header, female housing, pins, wire and add a 
bit of extra for your time these things become quite reasonable.  Plus 
there's no tool required.

They have them in the .156" spacing too and can be found under Connectors 
(milti-pin).
