[sdiy] Vishay/Spectrol Pot Prices

The UK suppliers have been slowly increasing the prices for these parts 
over the last couple of years. Current prices from Rapid are plain 
silly, while Farnell remain acceptable at around 2.50GBP for the 248.

I have bought a lot of the Vishay 248 recently and they appear to be 
just as good as the older Spectrol made parts. Indeed, I think they may 
be better - I have yet to find a duff one, which did occasionally happen 
with the later non-UK made Spectrol ones. However, the fixing nut is 
slightly higher and fractionally less rounded for some reason.

1/4" 248 parts are also thankfully available in log taper, but only up 
to 100K.
