Well, they were talking about re-encoding the real player files (no  
one has a problem with the blip tv file formats, it seems). As far as  
the real player files, what you see linked on the website is exactly  
what the GaTech distance learning department posted. I don't have  
access to anything other than that.

Most of the "looking good" of the realplayer files comes from the fact  
that they were professionally filmed with good equipment and an active  
person running the camera (and able to switch between several cameras  
on the fly). The blip.tv stuff was taken with a the cheapest camcorder  
I could find at Circuit City.
