[sdiy] J.H. Scanner Chorus/Vibrato project

My plan is to build a chorus/vibrato with minimal controls (1U wide  
hopefully), and also an interpolating scanner/tracking generator with  
the full complement of controls (2U-3U wide probably). I haven't  
started soldering yet. Haven't sourced the parts yet either. Just at  
the planning stage right now.
