Negative advice : the Alesis Midiverb III, Yamaha SPX50D/SPX90 and
Digitech TSR-12 all sound somewhat cyclic and metallic.
Even a recent, expensive unit like the Eventide Orville does not
sound quite right to my ears, although the "mercurycloud" patch
has a nice mid-range.
