[sdiy] Triple Pre-Amp

What module format are you looking for?

Headphone amp is a good idea & useful - though, for me, I tend to work 
left to right so much that I'd prefer a headphone amp on an output mixer 
(yes, I need output mixers 'cos I'm banana-based)
