If you can, avoid cutting fibre-glass this way - the dust is quite a hazard to
health. The recommended way to trim fibre-glass PCB to size by hand is by
guillotine: quick, and no dust.
The method Seb recommends is generally for production, where you panelise
up multiple PCBs, auto-populate them (i.e., pick-n-place), and then break
them out prior to final assembly.
