(attempt 2, sorry if the previous one got through)

After some Siel-related browsing inspired by the recent Opera 6 thread (I have a DK 600 with the typical battery leak issue), I came across the SGS M112 datasheet here: http://www.milton.arachsys.com/nj71/index.php?menu=2&submenu=5 (because of course it's so exciting how some synths used TOS-based DCO chips rather than programmable timers!).

At the bottom of the .pdf is the beginning of the M114 datasheet. This particularly piqued my interest, as my Keytek CTS-2000 contains 2 and I've been looking for info on these for years (partly to satisfy my own curiosity, partly to see if I might improve its dull sound). I even contacted ST about it and they deny ever making it in the first place. Apparently I'm not alone in my interest, as I've been contacted in the past by people looking for info so that it can be emulated for the MAME project (the chip was also used in some Italian pinball machines).

So does anyone have the remainder of the M114 datasheet?
