[sdiy] knob spacing

Personally I'd agree that 20mm is a good basic spacing.

But, do note that the likely limiting factor will be the Pot behind the 
panel! -- that's often why you'd have a spacing of 20mm horizontally, 
but 30mm vertically (for example)

As with everything, check and check again -- observing things in the 
planning stage saves headaches later (speaking from experience!)
