Less manuf. costs and some initial R&D spend on retooling. Which will  
probably be around a quarter to a third of the total. Which is why  
they're asking for $125k up front - if they don't make that, there's  
no market, and the product never ships.

It's a nice sounding box, but are there really still 1000 people in  
the world who want a set of these things?

How many people can even play bass pedals?
