I usually frequent companies such as HMC Electronics and All-Spec for
my parts bins. They have everything you need, and the cardboard kits
get pretty cheap.

Since I do mostly SMT work these days, I use the reel and tube boxes
to store all parts reels and trays of ICs. However, the Akro and RPM
bins are perfect for small parts storage.

Those bins are usually $4-$8US, which is a nice and cheap order for
incremental purchases.
