[sdiy] Lazertran and spray lacquer

Has anyone here ever got Lazertran inkjet to a clear (rather than frosty/opaque) finish using a spray lacquer to seal it?

Mind letting me know what brand of lacquer you were using (...and any other tips)?

I'm about to buy a can of Holts clear spray - which is recommended in the Lazertran data sheet, so I'm hoping for better results than the Hycote lacquer I've used previously - which wasn't great.

I'll be applying the Lazertran and lacquer on an ABS box painted with Hycote auto spray...
