[sdiy] Back at the FPGA synth....

I am starting back in on my FPGA based synth.

I am back to work on the 4 pole filter again.  I am getting it ready to 
simulate...(simulation is for wimps and bed wetters...but...this looks 
way too nasty to try and debug in the hardware).

If I really get ambitious, I might try and see if I can make a multimode 
(simultaneous HP-BP-LP) 4 pole filter.
