The bottom of the PDF shows what you need.

See "Secondary Connections - 185 Series Transformers", on the right is shown the
hookup for 36 volts with CT.  The center tap will be the junction of tabs 8 and
11.  The left diagram shows how to get 18 volts (no center tap) with double the
output current.
