Dan,
The first synth I built was much like yours - a learning experience all the
way through.  It looked cool though - nice beige painted panels with curled
aluminum knobs.  (But it buzzed each time I touched a knob...)  Sold it to a
guy from Berkeley or somewhere that drove 500 miles to get it.  The next
synth is what I wrote my book by.  Still have that one.  Much uglier but
more reliable due to SSM and Curtis chips...  (Yours for $20K...)

I found your emails refreshing in that you were asking questions that all
beginners wonder about but are afraid to ask.  Others besides you learned
the answers by reading SDIY...  I think the value of your exercise is the
knowledge you and others gained.  You'll likely regret selling the beast and
someday build another.
