Are there cheap dev boards and programmers available for them? I  
fancy a bit of 32-bit, and I might like to try something different.

Also ARM7 is just the core technology - could you recommend chips by  
a particular manufacturer? I know ST make some ARM7 chips, but I  
don't know who else does.
