Joe Zawinul had a practice piano weighted to make the action heavier.
After training on that, the action on anything else was fast and light.

When I first bought a piano after years of not having one, and being
used to unweighted synth keyboards, I found it very difficult to play.
With some dedicated practice you can quickly get the strength you need.
I would focus more on the tonal qualities of the piano, and finding
one with a *responsive* action - does it allow you to play softly, does
it allow quick repetitive notes on the same key.
