You can't find a power supply that's small enough for your enclosure? 
I missed your original post. Why not use a "wall wart" or "lump in 
the line" solution?

Another possibility is to rearrange the components of a supply that 
would fit *if* it were laid out differently.

Finally, you could build your own. There are plans for a +/-15V power 
supply in the sample chapter of Thomas Henry's e-Drum book:

Finding a really small transformer may be the hardest part.
