Or use a DC-DC converter like Roland stuff does. I have used a
PT5062A to success. It takes a 5-14 volt DC signal and gives out +/-15.
Sadly, they're about $20.
Or make one yourself like this Buchla one http://www.simple-

That will probably be more than $20 after all is said and done.
