Can we file this thread under "way OT" please? If you want to improve 
your status on the web, then make concise web pages which are clear 
about what they have to offer and how to get it with a minimum of 
goobledegook. Full stop. There must be another list where you can 
hypothesize about the future of the internet and how to adapt it to 
anyone's convoluted ideas about webmastering someplace else...
