That's really excellent!  I added that to my lame page :-)  I also have 
the service manual I bought from Roy a while back though for the 
poly61M.  I believe most of the stuff will be the same though there is 
an old production board that has different trimmers of course.  
But..checking..unfortunately all that is IN there is one page for 
troubleshooting the MIDI board!  I posted that on my site at least but 
there is absolutely no other tune up instruction in the poly61M service 
manual at least.  It has structural, interconnects, retrofit, blocks, 
schematics, board diagrams and that and the midi spec pretty much.
