[sdiy] Moog ladder filter paper - now with added diodes!

Hi lists,
	After a not inconsiderable amount of effort (it feels like I've been
desperately trying to meet some college project deadline - it's taken weeks
and weeks...) I have managed to update my Moog ladder paper, to be found
here:

Not only does it now include some of the diode ladder configurations, but
there is a shedload of stuff to do with poles and frequency responses etc.
in there too (oh, er, and it has mushroomed from 6 pages to over 50 :-/  ).
It is pretty heavy going on the algebra, but there is nothing too
high-powered in there, and there are lots of pretty pictures too. (Also note
that I have changed the title to reflect its more-encompassing content.)

If anyone spots any mistakes or out-and-out howlers in it, I'd particularly
like to hear of them, thanks!
