Not sure how/if this applies to me.  All I've done is try to incorporate 
strings that will cause people to find what they are looking for...and 
made note of that at the header of a string of them as I recall.

A lot of my file names are in DOS format...you're suggesting using 
extended character names?  I wasn't aware of this trick.

Ok I was told some time back that google was ignoring meta tags.  I 
guess you're saying this isn't the case and I need to reestablish those 
again...
