Dan, You desperately need to buy yourself a set of hollow-shaft nut drivers. They are the only way to tighten pot and switch nuts! I bought a set of eight Westward nut drivers for my lab, and three of them are perfect for panel work. The shafts are even color-coded for easy reference. Dave
