i am in the process of tightening about 50 pots and 30 toggle switches on a panel that was hand painted with acrylic paint and then sprayed with some kind of clear coat. it is prone to scratching easily (the paint) so i dont want to go my usual route of just tightening everything with needle nose plyers
as i often slip
SO i was wondering what all of you use? I have tried a socket wrench but that usually doesnt work as the handle is too long and bumps into other pots and the socket itself isnt deep enough for the toggles....
is there a tool sold by mouser or someone similar or even better, something i can get at the hardware store.
i went into my local store (and even brought along some alpha pots and some toggles) and they were off almost no help....guess they dont see a lot of sdiy'ers in there.
thanks
