[sdiy] LED sockets?

I got some Led sockets from small bear. the metal kind with the little black piece that you stick your LED Into. i got the 3mm size.
the only thing i cant figure out is how to keep the black piece with the LED to STAY IN tight. it keeps sliding out if i tip the panel at all.

i have worked with plastic led holders that SNAPPED in but these seem more like you need to glue them.

any advice on this?

anyone else tried these? they DO look real nice though.
