[sdiy] Suitability of SA602 for audio?

I have recently fallen in love with the sound of the dalek voices on
the new rendition of Doctor Who.  I'd very much like to build a
circuit to replicate the effect.  I have a couple SA602s in my
junkbox, and the wherewithal to put together a suitable audio
frequency oscillator.  My question to the group is, how suitable is
the SA602 to audio frequencies?  Being intended as an RF device, I
don't think the datasheet says much about it.
