[sdiy] Desperately seeking knobs for 6mm D-shaft, no pointer

I tried to accumulate links to all the knob venders on the 
sounddoctorin.com/synthtec/parts/parts.htm page.  If you see anything 
else that needs to be added/mod'd let me know
