[sdiy] Desperately seeking knobs for 6mm D-shaft, no pointer

Hi Adam...

I recently discovered that so long as the set screw hits the round  
side of the shaft, you can use knobs designed for round shafts with a  
D shaped shaft with no problems. Given that you are not intending to  
use a knob with a position indicator, this should be a piece of cake  
for you.
