Yes, guys; fiberglass dust is NO JOKE! It's a MAJOR health hazard. Use a good mask. When I used to do this (a rather lon time ago...), I used a mask plus a shop vac hooked to a small hose that sucked away the dust right at the drill bit-PCB surface. -- John Blacet
