I use a 3M 7502 mask with two P100 filter cartridges. I have a shop
vacuum with a HEPA
filter that I keep on while I cut. If possible I work outside. I will
use the mask
whether I work inside or outside.

There are a variety of filter cartridges available for the 7502 (e.g.
organic vapor).
Since the cartridges are on the side they don't fog up your safety glasses.
