[sdiy] drilling pcb boards...sore throat

this morning i am a little worried.
i cut and drilled a small sized pcb yesterday. with a dremel.

i used a mask over my mouth and nose when i was drilling,etc and then wiped down the area with a wet rag.

however when i was done i took the mask off. i fear there might have been ore particles left in the room than i thought.

this morning my throat is a little bit sore and now i am getting worried. (i have heard horror stories about this stuff)

what kind of masks do you guys use? the one i used was a little white disc shaped one.
