You could duplicate C10 and R13 as many times as you need for audio inputs..
but the 4.7K is a little low in impedance for a pot on each one (you'd need
like a 1K pot... could probably get as high as 10K with the taper being funny).

You could build a summer before this and couple via the normal input as you
suggested.
